The Board of Directors of the Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics has honored Professor Dan Stamper-Kurn as an “MPQ Distinguished Scholar”, in appreciation of his groundbreaking contributions to the field of Ultracold Quantum Gases and Quantum Optics.
